Christian Addiction Pasco County - ADHD Drugs & Death

Posted by Jason Rae in treatmentRitalinChristian Addiction helpaddiction help pasco countyAdderall

I hope each one of you are having a blessed day and thank you for taking time to read my Christian Addiction Help Pasco County blog.  I found a very interesting article released from the HealthDay Reporter on NewsOne6.com.  The title of the article is "ADHD drugs linked to sudden dealth in kids."

The first sentence says, "Stimulant medications commonly prescribed to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are associated with an increated risk of sudden death..."  "Children and teens taking ADHD stimulant medications were seven times more likely to die suddenly than their peers."  Now, we have taken drugs to a whole new level to the expense of our children.  For years, children has been prescribed these drugs and statistics show currently 2.5 million children in the U.S. take ADHD medications such as Adderall and Ritalin.

Please help me with understanding this picture.  Do you really think all 2.5 million children really needs these drugs?  Have we become this bad of a drugged society?  I cannot answer these questions for you, only you can do that.  I just report the facts of news articles and you have to make the decision.

But what I can tell you is effective rehabilitation is available and someone overcoming an addiction can be done.  You have to make the call to seek help.  Don't let your loved one become a statistic that I could one day write in my blog, but let them be a statistic that overcome the chains of addiction.  Don't wait...seek treatment now!
