Good morning and thank you for taking time to read another entry of my Christian Addiction Help Pasco County blog. Today's topic is a news story that says once a fading away 1990s designer drug is making a comeback. There were two arrests within this week in the Twin Cities with the sales of ecstasy to undercover agents. Ecstasy, or MDMA, has been used by 1% of people at MSU within the previous year of the survey and the article mentions the NIDA report shows nationwide high school seniors use of ecstasy rose to 4.5% in 2007 up from 3%. This statistic shows that teen drug abuse does occur with ecstasy and this drug started to die out during the 1990s after a big report showed the dangers of MDMA. This shows that education is important to help lower teen drug abuse and addictions in general. We must educate our youth and if we have a loved one, find help for them. Don't let your child or family member become a statistic in either drug use or drug overdose...seek help today and show your loved ones you care.
Thank you for reading another entry of my Christian Addiction Help Pasco County blog and have a blessed day.
